Let me ask you this.

The biggest voting block going for Trump, who should the convention install as the nominee?

Why should they go for a guy that got 2/3rds of Trump’s level of support? That doesn’t make sense.

In effect, the Cruz plan involves nullifying the largest block of voters. Trump coming in at say 98% of the needed delegates by way of obtaining that level of support, should be disqualified by shenanigans?

I don’t think voter nullification reveals Ted to be a true Conservative. He seems to have learned a lot from the Al Gore tactics in Florida, and now is using them himself.

Cruz supports sovereignty dissolving TPA/TPP. His wife endorses a North American Union. Cruz talks out of both sides of his mouth regarding amnesty for illegal aliens. Cruz is a globalist.

In Utah Glen Beck called Cruz the fulfillment of prophecy. Cruz allowed himself to be called the fulfillment of prophecy - and he reveled in it. Cruz claims to be a reverent person yet he does this wickedly blasphemous act.

Monday, March 28, Cruz humiliated his wife by refusing to testify to his fidelity choosing instead to rant and blame Trump, but only after first allowing a surrogate to deflect the question. This is despicable and cowardly. A week later Mr. Sincerity said he has always been faithful. Nothing says “I love you” like humiliating your wife in front of all the world.

It just so happens that Goldman Sachs employees his wife, it just so happens that Goldman Sachs supports NAU, it just so happens that his wife endorses the CFR plan for NAU, it just so happens that he received a million dollar loan from Goldman Sachs, it just so happens to not be timely reported, it just so happens he votes for TPA/TPP.

Cruz attempted to connect Trump with Beligian jihadies. How? Trump had recently made comments regarding NATO, and since NATO is quartered in Belgium, well there you go.

Cruz claims he didn’t know he was Canadian until he saw it in the paper. Cruz said he would “let others worry about the silly stuff” - which is a complete lack of due diligence.

On policy, character, and competence Cruz’s carefully crafted image is a lie.

Essentially they will be ignoring the voters choice even though it may not be a majority going in.
But rather an arranged winner amongst a few delegates that aren't necessarily representing the constituents
votes. I really have a hard time seeing a Cruz win even at a brokered convention but I know he's basing
his win on being able to stack the deck or manipulate the delegates to his side.

It to some degree will be interesting to see how the party mgmt come down in this vote. To a degree they
aren't necessarily the most conservative but they do have clout so they can sway votes, imo.

If Trump goes in with the much larger voting block then imo he shouldn't be denied by back door deals. And
to me that is what it may come down to. I'm not sure the voters will be that enthused by such actions either.
