Won’t guns like this give police the excuse to shoot people when they are holding cell phones, say to record them, as self defense, because they look like guns?

Police have already on occasion shot blacks for reaching for their phones, thinking they had a gun.

Not the gun, it’s an ABDO holster for .380s. They have a few models to fit various small pistols. The .380 size looks like a hard case for a smart phone. The one that holds small 9mms looks like a case for a small Ipad.
