Here are some ways the Republican and Democratic nominating contests could unfold. Adjust the sliders to see how the outcomes can change. Each line in the charts represents one possible outcome.

I don’t think you will see either guy take all the delegates of any state that is not an absolute WTA... Trump got a few out of WI, Cruz will likely get a few out of NY, and CA... but Trump will get the the vast majority.
PA is the tossup as district delegates are unbound and can vote for whoever they want regardless of how their district votes. However, polling done of those running show about 2/3 intend to vote the way of their district... so you will have about 1/3 that will vote for their guy regardless of their district. So regardless of how the state goes there loser will also get some delegates.. but I would expect the winner to get the majority of them.
Any math that requires anyone to win ALL the delegates of any state that isn’t a defacto absolute winner take all is laughable.
“because trump and his supporters will stay home...”
And if Trump is the nominee, Cruz supporters will stay home? Same result? If the expectation is Cruz supporters will be replaced with independents and democrats, it should also be fair to say that Bernie supporters will stay home if Hillary is the nominee. If that is the case, Cruz can very well win if he is the nominee.
I would agree with you regarding our country——I believe everything about our government is corrupt to the core and most citizens do not realize it——we need a strong leader who cannot be bought but even Trump would have problems with the Congress, etc. if he made it to the Presidency-—I personally believe they would attempt to kill him to keep their power-——I spent ove 5 yrs in WW2 time (Nomandy attendee) and I am sad that so many died for my country and such rotten thieves have taken it over now-—however, we gave America 70 plus years of freedom and relative peace so maybe that was all the Good Lord ment it to be-—best wishes-——cheers
That’s a great chart!
Thanks
cruz supporters will vote for the republican nominee...
different types of conservatives.
Cheers to you, as well, friend.
“cruz supporters will vote for the republican nominee...”
Speak for yourself.
Cruz is a career politician who has been using the tea party to cut in line and push in front of the other GOPe elite to move his career forward. He has never worked a non government job since college. He’s not an outsider, he is an insider who got greedy and fell from grace. He’s a fraud and I wish I could get back the $500 I donated to him last summer!
