Wisconsin is open primary...so it is even easier—no changing party affiliation for primary.

I don’t know how it is, now but when I lived there 20 years ago, I actually went to register on the day I voted...I had just moved to Wisconsin—I don’t know for sure, but I am confident I needed some sort of documentation with my address.

So I think vote fraud is actually easier in Wisco than Illinois where you have to register several weeks prior to election. Every election there, there are numerous reports on conservative talk radio about vote fraud in Milwaukee...and I still follow Wisco politics...

I would be surprised if this year is any different.
