The Cruz campaign has a vested interest in, should they gain the nomination being able to attract Trump voters. Mrs Cosby has a vested interest in seeing a fragmented Republican party.

Mitt Romney and Scott Walker previously used those same vote flipping machines on their own behalf in earlier elections. Doubtless, this vote rigging is part of the SUPPORT the GOPe is providing to Ted Cruz in exchange for promises from Ted Cruz.
