It’s working again here in southern Maine (Time Warner Cable) too. The vacant lookup lasted about the afternoon - was not affected at all until early this afternoon, and since I know how to “work around” DNS issues, the vacancy didn’t affect me.

Turn out is over 60% in some areas.
Was number 87 and 88 first thing this morning....usually about 30.
Contrary to popular belief, Ryan and Walker do not have a huge fan club in Wisconsin.
I don’t believe endorsing Cruz made much difference.

Thanks for that.

Can't wait to see ryan go.

CNN exit poll shows huge dissatisfied/angry vote.

Looks good for Trump.

Gasparino is a MAJOR ***hole. Why he’s on FBN is a mystery.

I just received BREAKING NEWS from my sources deep within the Cruz camp. Apparently the FR outage is a direct result of an evil Ted Cruz plot to punish Free Republic for its overwhelming Pro-Trump support. Late last night, the Cruz campaign ordered 20 Cruzbots to hit the refresh button at the SAME TIME, resulting in a cascade explosion in FR server generators. Over a hundred hamsters were vaporized by the resulting explosion, and many more are currently missing but are suspected dead in the inferno.

I just got back from voting (Trump!). I have never seen anything like it for a primary. Lines were longer than they had been for the general presidential elections. The election workers said it was like this all day. People were giving up and leaving only to come back later to find the lines were as long or longer. Simply amazing for a primary here in Wisconsin.

Its going to be interesting to see the results.

Well with the turnout numbers and the polling info that’s been discussed I have to conclude its either a blowout for Cruz or a modest win for Trump. Granted only getting piecemeal exit poll information so it’s hard to get a full picture.

40% moderates going to Trump. Assum Kasich getting some of those as well... Cruz probably owning the more conservative bloc... And some moderates. So it’s a matter of how many independents and democrats show up for Trump.

I don’t think anyone blows out Wi... Guess we see in a bit.

How many women will vote for Trump if he’s the nominee? If he is only get 1/3 of the women who vote in the GOP primary then he can’t win in November. Where is the poll that covers the women who don’t vote for Trump. Who will they vote for if Trump is the nominee?

How many women voted for Cruz in GOP primaries in Ohio and Florida? Hardly any. If there is anybody with a woman problem is in this race it is Ted Cruz.

Yes, I understand that - but you could fix it yourself with the hosts file, which I did earlier in the day in about 5 minutes. :)

That's funny right there.

No such thing for Trump. If he wins Wisconsin by any margin at all Cruz is gone.

Challenger to Paul Ryan

http://www.paulnehlen.com/

“So, when Paul Ryan began pushing a massive, job-killing international “trade” deal known as the Trade Promotion Authority and Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPA/TPP), it was the final straw for me. I know what TPA/TPP will do to this district. It sells out American workers. It sells out American business and industry. It will kill the economy in this district, never mind the rest of the nation.

Why would Paul Ryan do such a thing?

I asked myself that question again and again, trying to understand. I couldn’t believe he would be so reckless. I couldn’t believe he would sell out his own district in that way.

And then I started looking at public records…and it all began to make sense.

Approximately 83 percent of Paul Ryan’s campaign funding comes from outside of Wisconsin’s 1st District. And of that 83 percent, 65 percent of his funding comes straight from Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, Virginia.

Paul Ryan isn’t representing our district. He’s representing the big businesses and big banks that pour money into his campaign coffers. It’s their agendas he’s carrying forward with his votes in Congress…not ours.”

This is the reason “conservative” media is spinning like crazy that Cruz AND Trump are both anti-establishment. Of course they never mention a few months ago Ted “Anti-Establishment” Cruz was campaigning with Paul Ryan to pass Obama’s TPA. Is Paul Ryan now anti-establishment too? LOL.

I don’t like them doing that either. Pretty soon they’ll just do it after the first debate!

Go to start — then punch RUN — copy and paste the below in the RUN box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Run it.

Open it with notepad. At the bottom of the file it should say: ::1 localhost

Copy and paste 209.157.64.200 www.freerepublic.com below under ‘::1 localhost’.

Should look like this when done:
~~~
::1 localhost
209.157.64.200 www.freerepublic.com
~~
Save the file and you should have a working computer again. :)
