Because it locks out everyone except Trump or Cruz.

Why, why, why, why indeed?

Let Trump ignore the GOP-e and disregard Cruz at the convention. Let Donald refuse to cooperate in any form or fashion.

That way, Ted and the GOP-e can co-conspire to give Donald the boot and leave Trump with nothing as he heads back home - empty handed - to New York.

As a Cruzer - this works for me.
