I was just going to say something like that
If someone other than Trump or Cruz gets the nomination, the GOP will lose badly in November. But they would rather see Hillary or Bernie as the president than Trump or Ted.
Honestly, the GOP is likely to lose in 2016 with Cruz or Trump, though I think Cruz has no chance and Trump has a small chance (but the best of all the GOPers).
They want to create something new:

Reality check. Any poll saying Hillary can win is yanking your leg, or did you forget the trends for the last few elections is anti-Establishment. We are talking about Hilary here, the most hated and unliked democrat in the country that cannot speak publicly without turning people off and having Benghazi brought up.
