By actively an unequivocally stating he would not vote for the Republican, he is effectively voting for Hillary.

I have two choices, a box labeled A and a box labeled B. I pick neither. According to your "logic," I've just picked A. Another person following your "logic" could just as well claim that I've "effectively" picked B. According to someone of sound mind, I've picked neither A nor B.

Either you're a little dim and don't understand this (try it out with a couple of toy blocks of different color - first pick one, then the other, and compare/contrast with picking neither), or you're just dishonest.

We are not picking boxes. we are counting votes. Every Time you don’t vote Republican, you have effectively given one vote to the democrat or lessened the republican margin

It’s nice to pretend there must be a conservative to vote for but the hard cold reality is that in the Presidential race this year, the strong conservative is viewed with disfavor.
