Sheriff John Carter of Wayne County, Georgia, received a hot tip in February last year that he remembers well.

The caller said he had reason to believe the Muslims of America, a mysterious Islamic commune with cult-like devotion to a radical Pakistani sheikh, was building underground bunkers on its land near the tiny town of Jesup.

He immediately paid a visit to the reclusive Muslim group’s compound, where Mecca Circle turns off of Oreo Road several miles north town. About 38 people live in the commune, where women wear burqas and the men don the skullcap common among Sufi Muslims.

When his film crew showed up at the compound in Red House they were greeted by hostile Muslim of Americas members. The leader of the group confronted the crew as they exited their car.

“Leave,” he said. “Don’t say another word. Leave, period. You understand?”

As the crew drove off, the Muslim leader struck their car window with his cane.

I spent around a year just North of Jesup. I doubt the locals will take kindly to any misbehavior but they will probably keep quiet and plan whatever mischief they intend while undercover.

I once watched a girls soccer match between Jesup and another small town and that team had 3 or 4 girls who could have competed in the Miss America pageant and completely held their own. I mean they were babes.

There are at least two in my state; one a couple hundred miles or less away from me.

Why are we not cracking down on these, and why do we allow it (for now the answer is Obama, but just like you won't see any changes in our sieve-like borders, you won't see anything but increase in muslim activity with Cruz, Mittens, Ryan, Bern or Hillary as president. We are so screwed unless we get Trump into the Oval Office.)

What is the terrain like where the compound rests? I mean is it on a mountain top, or in the valley? Is there any higher ground nearby? Is it surrounded by a high wall?

The group’s U.S. headquarters, Muslims of America, is in Hancock County, at the foot of the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York, at a place called Islamberg.

A group like Jamaat al-Fuqra could be a sleeper cell that lies dormant for years, only to be activated one day by its leader, analysts such as Lopez and Spano surmise.

Islam also has its own legal system, shariah law, which Lopez said could be seen as a violation of Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution.

“So we have to stop talking about it as a religion only. It is a totalitarian political system and supremacist in nature, and as part of the belief system itself obligates Muslims to conquest”

He believes it would be a mistake to dismiss Jamaat Fuqra and Muslims of America as merely pietistic Muslims trying to live in peace out in the countryside.

“Their spiritual mentor is Sheikh Gilani and his concept is to make your enemy your friend and then kill them,” Gaissert said.

I just saw the origin of this article. I no longer trust WND. I view it a lot like InFoWars -- too much BS slipped in with the gems of reality. That BS makes even the reality unbelievable.

It is in a rather mixed terrain area in Hancock NY. Muslims of the Americas run it. For YEARS no one could get near. Not long ago they had a reporter come in and did an interview. I don’t think it had the effect it was meant to have. Or maybe it did.

I worked with a top muz from there about a dozen years ago - and had no idea of the place at the time. Every time I said hello to him at work and politely asked how he was he would go on a rant about DISCRIMINATION towards himself. I never saw a bit of that.

He wasn’t employed there for more than a year.

There have been hundreds of complaints about the compound over the years, but the police won’t pay attention. It’s worse than that really - around here. BIG MONEY being sent to the ME, prosecutions but never convictions. Because they put a lot of money into local hospitals - THATS how they buy influence here.
