Why do you care if the tRumpsters, and I do not use that term affectionately, “abuse” you. Just laugh at them and give it back. Remember, just like the Donald, they can’t do anything to you.
Unlike the Federal Government, states cannot print money. Walker had good intentions but after 15 bills that reduced taxes some 2 billion dollars it went past the point of diminishing returns. Yes, we want taxes to be as low as possible, but there are limits.
Now back to our argument, tomorrow, maybe tomorrow...
“:^)
Because I want to persuade them. That is ultimately what I am trying to do. I don’t think it is working, but I have to try :)
He only hates the prune faced sanctimonious fraud Cruzbot type.
Not well versed, but very familiar with this lie from the left.
“We also need to do a better job at calling out these groups for their hatred and intolerance.”
Absolutely. I think we should use terms like “would-be tyrants,” “enemies of the Constitution,” and “drooling morons.”
“Demanding tolerance is in fact intolerant.”
Yes. It is also logically incoherent and deceptive.
Both sides agree that there are some things that should not be tolerated—molesting children, for instance.
Having established that there *is* a line, it is revealed that we are only arguing about where the line is. When a leftard levels an accusation of intolerance, therefore, he is only saying that his foe refuses to tolerate things that he himself believes should be tolerated.
They do not currently accuse people of intolerance for condemning cannibalism, but they do accuse people for rejecting the proposition that slaying the preborn is wonderful. It’s all a matter of the party line.
These accusations are both invalid and deceptive. Invalid because they have no basis in anything but expediency, and deceptive because they purport to attribute moral deficiency on the basis of philosophical opposition.
They are, in fact, only a form of bullying, and should be rejected at every opportunity.
“They do get a bit pissy when you do that, though.”
We are at a point in history at which physical courage will be required if we are to remain a free people.
“Another favorite of mine with a lib in law is to point out the lack of diversity in same sex marriage.”
I like to call it “sodomite play-pretend marriage.”
“Having two moms or two dads is the opposite of diverse. True diversity is having one of each.”
True, but my take on diversity is that “diversity is where nations go to die.” Your example excepted, of course.
Olofaosh
Doesn't it make you wonder why?
And then there is always the write-in candidate which we are allowed to do here. I don’t envy those of you in swing states on this one, it will be a difficult decision for many.
If I had some sort of record to look at regarding Trump that helped to me to believe that he would act in a consistent many across time, that would be a different matter. But regardless of being a Cruz supporter (which I have not been from the beginning), I just don’t see any evidence that I can take Trump at his word. The biggest contributor to my decision has been Trump’s vulgar remarks and immature taunting of his fellow candidates. I find it hard to get past that kind of behavior.
In the beginning, I was glad to have Trump in the race because he put the spotlight on all of the candidates by being there. I thought that was a good thing for everyone. Now that the field is down to 3, he just seems to get more shrill and obnoxious. And reminds me more of Obama each and everyday. This abortion stuff over the last few days sealed my decision, those kinds of flip flops aren’t acceptable to me.
“I am in agreement there. He clearly loves the country. But I am keeping an eye out for knifes.”
Always.
I know what you mean and sometimes I cannot read others comments for a day because I get steamed and I don’t want to lose my credibility with my answers...
Yep, I agree...The one thing I will thank Donald Trump for is destroying Jeb Bush’s candidacy...That right there may have saved the country.
Yeah, cause Hillary will be sooooo much better...
And, if your guy wins the nomination, you really expect those who supported Cruz to enthusiastically come to your side?
Really?
If not for taxes, whos going to pay for the above? Yes, there is lots of waste in the government. But there are some things the private sector cannot, or should not, administer or run.
Congratulations, your support for Donald Trump has turned you into a Democrat. Anything else you care to argue about from a left perspective?

Well, obviously - the Left, and ESPECIALLY the weasels in the Wisconsin Left, will always lie.
I did further investigation, and STILL can't tell.
State budget agency requests would create $2.2 billion deficit
MADISON, Wis. -
A first look at the state budget picture for the next two years shows the state could face a potential $2.2 billion shortfall if all state agency requests are granted.
The numbers released by the Walker administration as required by state law Thursday show that agency requests outpace expected revenue by $2.2 billion.
Department of Administration Secretary Mike Huebsch said it is a "flawed assumption" that all of those requests will be granted.
. . .
Republicans point out that the number is only based on a wish list by agency heads.
"The reality is thats not going to happen," Assembly Speaker Rep. Robin Vos, R-Rochester, said in a statement. "We will continue to manage the states finances by making prudent decisions and doing whats best for Wisconsin and its taxpayers."
After seeing the opposition, not at all.
