The Cruz campaign is now being run and funded by Jeb’s people. He’s just a placeholder for the GOP bosses now. Once he’s fulfilled his purpose of denying Trump a first ballot victory, both Trump and Cruz will be ignored and the GOP will select one of their own. For God sakes, they are saying so publically now. Trump supporters will walk away from the GOP if the frontrunner isn’t chosen.
If Trump weren't in the race, the border and illegal immigration wouldn't even have become an issue.
“Cruz, not Trump, should lead GOP rebellion.”
I think the guy who draws thousands and thousands to every rally is a better choice.
ROTF LMAO
First of all, the author seemed to really care that Cruz looks better in person. Gross!
Second, if I thought Cruz would really lead a rebellion I’d follow him.
Then he let the "rebellion" get away from him.
And now the "rebels" look at him as an Establishment guy -- however strange that would have seemed when the campaign started.
He doesn't connect with voters who aren't already committed to his ideology and comes across as another privileged politician who knows which side his bread is buttered on.
Cruz is a GOPe phony. He couldn’t lead a horse to water.
Stay tuned. I think that Cruz is about to take advantage of Trump’s stunning unforced errors.
Cruz lead the GOPe rebellion? You mean with the Bush family involved and helping out Cruz? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too bad. He failed.
Correction: Cruz should have led the GOP rebellion starting last March 23rd when he announced if he wanted to be a leader. Instead, he chose to follow and slink along behind Trump for months after Trump announced and changed the direction of the campaign.
Ted's a pretender, not a leader.
Do you, 2nd Division Vet, sit at your computer all day long just to post anti Trump propaganda?
Are you an employee of the Cruz campaign?
Fake rebel.
Cruz is a poseur and anyone with common sense can see it. Common sense is not common though.
Oh goody the BOR weighs in.
Didn’t BOR have luffa issues and women issues?
No thank you.
This is my problem. Cruz has no viable path to the needed delegates. His plan as well as yours is to get to a brokered convention and have him “elected” there. Of course, in order to achieve this, he will have to have the complete support of the GOPe as they will be in total control of the process. Now this is the same GOPe who supposedly hates him and fears him more than anyone else. Do you see anything wrong with this plan?
