I am a Cruz supporter.
I believe he is NOT a NBC.
However, after 8 years of Obama, this issue is moot. So, the Constitution is unenforceable on the issue.
Therefore, if he is elected President, no big deal.
She didn’t you idiot!
Poor birthers. :(
Courts not interested in crackpot theories.
Thanks
Natural the screwed up Supreme Courts and lower courts CANNOT rule other ways!
If they did or do, it would open cans of worms, ALL the way to the W.H.!!
The surprise “visit” on January 14th, 2009 at SCOTUS with John Roberts and Co. sealed further questioning of Barry’s NBC for good. The Cuban Sandwich both took advantage of it, because they knew the Knee-Pad media would NOT go after them as mentioned in paragraph 2 above. Interesting one part of the Cuban Sandwich claimed that he was NOT eligible to run for higher office. It’s even questionable he’s qualified for his Senate seat!!!
What and whom got Cruz to change his mind, hmmm???
YOU sure you going yo be saved???
“These articles are not law and precedent.”
What are the laws and precedents?
What he, ONLY he, has accomplished was to getting a totally faked computer created B.C. that Arpaio/Zullo have proved is FALSE!!!

Funny we are both Cruz supporters and I looked at the issue and cannot help but conclude the opposite of what you believe.
7 FAM 1111 INTRODUCTION
(CT:CON-538; 10-24-2014)
a. U.S. citizenship may be acquired either at birth or through naturalization subsequent to birth. U.S. laws governing the acquisition of citizenship at birth embody two legal principles:
(1) Jus soli (the law of the soil) - a rule of common law under which the place of a persons birth determines citizenship. In addition to common law, this principle is embodied in the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and the various U.S. citizenship and nationality statutes.
(2) Jus sanguinis (the law of the bloodline) - a concept of Roman or civil law under which a persons citizenship is determined by the citizenship of one or both parents. This rule, frequently called citizenship by descent or derivative citizenship, is not embodied in the U.S. Constitution, but such citizenship is granted through statute. As U.S. laws have changed, the requirements for conferring and retaining derivative citizenship have also changed.
Start here Pub.L. 82-414 § 301(a)(7),(b); 66 Stat. 236
> a US citizen by birth.
Did the citizen parent have to met the requirement of statute?
And YOU feel superior to Mr. Donald Trump. What have YOU built in your life until now ???
Pretty much.

The link you gav me alleges that Ted Cruz’s mother applied for and received Canadian Citizenship.
Is there any proof of that?
Is there proof that she LOST her American citizenship at the time of Ted Cruz’s birth?
RE: Natural the screwed up Supreme Courts and lower courts CANNOT rule other ways!
Why not? They could have if they honesty and sincerely looked at the issue and concluded otherwise.
The onus is on those who are skeptics of the court’s decision to show that they did not rule as they did based on a good faith understanding of the term natural born.
> a US citizen by birth.
