Even if she is dead, her private dealings over sensitive matters--pretty likely--certainly would be. But the privacy of the others, I mentioned, was not of my clients, but of people with whom they interacted.

A lawyer should not use information obtained in protecting a client, later to damage the reputation of other people--not unless it is incidental to the prevention of a future crime.
