Ted Cruz on Wednesday pitched himself to women voters in Wisconsin, in the wake of a recent spat between Republican presidential rival Donald Trump over their wives and tabloid allegations.
Trump is also facing criticism for standing by his campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, who on Tuesday was charged with simple battery of a female reporter. And Cruz has aggressively pushed back on a National Enquirer story alleging the Texas senator had multiple affairs with unnamed women.
The "Women for Cruz" coalition features his wife, Heidi, and his mother, Eleanor, a lesser-seen presence on the campaign trail that has used his father, Rafael, as a prominent surrogate.
"This event this morning is a celebration of strong women," Cruz said. "Listen, I have news for the Democratic Party: Women are not a special interest. Women are a majority of the United States of America and every issue is a women's issue."

I must have missed that.
Cruz and his wife together stood before the cameras
and specifically and “aggressively” refuted the allegations?
Not in THIS universe where Ashley Cruz, CubanoCanadian
GLobalist for Goldman Sachs, sheepishly hid behind
the panties of FioRINO who pretended she was his ‘wife’.
OK, this is one of those headlines that you have to read more than once to grasp what it means.
I get it, Ted wasn’t making that kind of pitch...
Alrighty, then.
Ted still refuses to deny.
Ted still refuses to sue.
The media is waiting to see if Cruz is the nominee. Then, they will pursue this story with a vengeance, guided by the Clinton Crime Family.
All Ted has to do to win Wisconsin is play Trumps answer to Chris Matthews about Abortion. Cruz doesn’t have to open his mouth between here and April 5th.
"Women voters of Wisconsin, I will not send you to prison for getting an abortion!"
So the GOPe and the Dems have successfully refocused the debate to the ‘fake war on women’....no longer are we discussing issues that really matter like: illegals, the wall, and jobs.
Cruz has to win 86% of delegates to win, impossible.. GOP insiders than will decide their candidate at convention.
Scratch Ted and Bern. It will be Trump, or Hillary.
fake war on women
Well isn’t that ironic. You know if Trump was not in this race that would have been the main issue. Equal pay, Abortion, Birth Control, blah blah blah.
Not Immigration, Not Islamic Terrorism, Not the Wall, Not Jobs, Not China.
War on women is the only thing the dems are comfortable winning on and the reps are comfortable losing on.
“The media is waiting to see if Cruz is the nominee. Then, they will pursue this story with a vengeance, guided by the Clinton Crime Family.”
No they won’t. This story is designed for one and only one purpose. To remove the Conservative from the race and suppress the Conservative vote. This was all fomented to remove Cruz voters from voting for Trump and if Cruz was the nominee to remove Trump voters from voting for Cruz.
Democrats and the establishment know that if the Conservative is the candidate, the Democrat cannot win. Either Cruz or Trump can beat Hillary soundly, but with the animosity between Trump and Cruz voters nurtured by the rats, establishment and MSM, a vital voting block has been removed from the equation.
Bottom line, Conservatives were baited and we fell into the trap. And we are too damned stubborn to admit it. Just look at the war on this site.
IF Cruz has a zipper problem this is all on him. Conservatism = personal individual responsibility.
No matter who wins the election, we’re still going over the cliff.
The establishment wants the North American Union and open borders and they are doing every thing they can to make that happen. This is the final stand, the Alamo for the United States existence .
Don't you wish your candidate was hot like me.
