Judge Napolitano argued that Michelle Fields is out of her tree if she thinks the battery charges will stick against Corey Lewandowski.
I know Michelle Fields. I know her well. And I like her. I know Donald Trump. I have a financial relationship with him. Im not a Trump spokesperson or apologist. I dont know Corey Lewandowski. I read the complaint. I read her version of events. I read his version of events. Ive watched the tapes until Im blue in the face. Theres no criminal behavior here and this should be dismissed. This is not a case for the police and prosecutors. If Michelle Fields feels that she was harmed by something that he did then she should sue him civilly. But to involve police and prosecutorial authorities in what was in effectively the morally equivalent of being jostled in a New York City subway, its absurd, and most judges would dismiss this without even requiring him to appear

Funny thing, I watched the tape, in slo motion and regular speed about a dozen times, watched her face as well, never saw her fall, never saw her face change expression, looked at the bruise, and was unimpressed. I am an EMT with 8 years experience, and that bruise would be red, not black and blue if it was recent. Then I did a search on this Gal, she seems to fall a lot, and claim police brutality a lot, and when she says they are pushing her down, they appear to be lifting her up. And she never lets go of the microphone.
So what is the reason for this? DISTRACTION is my best guess. More time for the media to train its sights on the Republican candidates, is less time on Hillary, who has a real set of issues to deal with. Keep it in the news cycle as long as possible. I wonder who Michelle Fields is supporting for President...Hildabeast?
Aren’t there penalties for frivolous lawsuits? Should be some kind of rebuke for wasting the court’s time it seems.
No she has a book coming out.
This is the FOURTH time she has done this sort of thing.
I do hope that a judge does dismiss this ridiculous case. I don’t alway agree with Judge Napolitano, but he’s absolutely correct about this.
Agreed.
If anything this shows what a leader and stand up man Trump is. He defends his staff and leaves no man behind. Compare that to Cruz and Kasich. Now the Cruz and Kasich staffs know that if they are no longer politically valuable they will be thrown under the bus.
Jut to be clear.
I couldn’t agree more. She’s unbalanced.
I think the BOOK and her budding celebrity are top of her agenda. Maybe Megyn Kelly needs a coffee girl?
It would not be helping Trump get votes to not become involved in this stupid story. I do support Trump but I think he should also stick to issues that would make voters lives better and not get into the fray of personal issues. Both sides let us down when they play into this BS the media wants to use to make Hillary look sane.
She was fired.
Notice how we go from one crap story to the next. It’s never about the issues.
“Out of her tree” or “out on a tree”? Title needs to be
corrected, I think.
Now, the GOPe must want to run Cruz so Hillary can win; or
who knows what they’re up to.
Revealed: Clinton backer who called Trump ‘divisive and inflammatory’ is in charge of Trump aide prosecution in Florida
State Attorney for Palm Beach County Dave Aronberg’s office is handling the battery case of Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski
Aronberg’s office is not commenting on the matter, but he was named part of Hillary Clinton’s ‘Florida Leadership Team’ in November
Aronberg also went to law school with Donald Trump’s Republican rival, Sen. Ted Cruz - though isn’t supporting the GOP candidate

Thanks for applying the benefit of your expertise and experience to this situation.
What I also find puzzling is the seeming lack of curiosity in the media as to why she would pursue the path she has chosen in light of the tapes that refute her statements.
What is the end game for her?
Who, if anyone, is behind it?
Etc.....
I read somewhere that her lawyer is somehow connected with Hillary but have no idea if there is any truth to it.
However, I would like to see the media take an unbiased look into her motivation.
They need to dig a little further than just repeating her latest view of the encounter.
Cruz has really turned out to be quite a nasty person.
Zero chance Cruz is nominated and despite what anyone says he doesn’t even have a mathematical chance at 1237 - he lost that when Trump won AZ. They hate the Cruzlims and the Trumpians. They’ll get some lame a$$ that didn’t even run and lose 40 states or Trump gets 1237.
The Judge has had MF on his TV show as early as 2011, while still a student at Pepperdine ...
How does one get that gig?
