you said -”Leaving judgments aside” and then you said “after a contested or brokered convention. Cruz or any other candidate will get ruined”
How is that not a judgement?
GO TED CRUZ!
For you poll geeks out there.

Also of note, Sanders leads Clinton 49-45.
Cruz and Kasich beat Hillary. Trump does not.
drop out ted
Who cares about the Retard Corridor(Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa). Their smell like stale beer, feet and cow dung. Most residents there register on the Autism scale. It’s not that they talk slow, they are that stupid
[Yup. Trump’s trajectory has been straight down. So there’s plenty of time for him to lose even worse in WI.]
I hope so!
Don’t worry, there’s tons more coming about Cruz cheating.
[Cruz and Kasich beat Hillary. Trump does not.]
Like most other polls.
[The other day Trump was siding with the WI public sector unions against Walker.
Either Trump is a flaming liberal, or he is getting moronic advice.]
He’s a liberal.
He also went after Paul Ryan with left-wing talking points for wanting to reform entitlements.
From your less than critical poll....
Presidential perceptions and matchups
Republican primary voters were asked who they think is most likely to win the Republican nomination, regardless of whom they personally support. Sixty-five percent see Trump as the most likely nominee, followed by Cruz at 23 percent and Kasich at 5 percent. In February, after the Iowa and New Hampshire votes, 46 percent expected Trump to be the nominee, 25 percent said Cruz would be and 1 percent said Kasich.
.........
Tout as you wish....lol
Walker was a hero in WI for clipping wings of the public sector unions. Everyone hates them.
It’s probably from early Feb with no polling data other than a twitter post
But, since this is so YUUUGE, and the lead so significant, I reckon Cruz can move on now and worry about future states.
This is a lock for him. He should save his money and spend it elsewhere :)
So Cruz has went up 15 points since the National Enquirer story. And pigs can fly.
People of Wisconsin like philandering politicians. LOL
Dude, I posted the link with the vote totals (twice now to Trump supporters who make the claim that Trumps vote total is 3x Cruz’s total - demonstrably false), so I am very clear as to who has the 2 million vote lead.
It’s a shame so many here are like you - binary thinkers, zero sum game players, the only possibilities are either/or.
I don’t much like any of them out there running for prez, I just dislike Trump way more than the others. And I make zero apologies for it.
There is no doubt Trumps negatives are through the roof. I can certainly understand Cruz folks would want to see him not the nomine.
That said to reasonable folks so are Cruz’s negatives, he has really looked bade in March. Stated simply, I cannot see how with the issue of possibly not being a NBC, the appearance that he has had at least two mistresses and paid off one of them via Carla F. and his basic attack style with obvious lies will go over with the folks that are needed to get enough votes to win. He has fouled his nest and fouled it badly with the trump supporters he needs to be the nomine. It would be a disaster for him to win the nomination at this point, unless something changes drastically in the popular perceptions.
Kind of a shame as it seemed to me the dream ticket was Trump and Cruz as his VP, to be president in 4 years when Trump stepped down (Trump would be 74 in 4 years). Might of gotten 12 years of reform, it is hard to let go of that possibility.
But that is not to be. The Best Cruz can achieve at this point is to derail Trump and then the party has to figure out who is the best Republican nomine who might have at least some chance of winning with a plank of shutting the borders, getting rid of at least the welfare and criminal illegals and doing something about the deindustrializing of the US. That plank could still be a winning ticket, even if both Trump and Cruz have been too damaged to be the candidate.
Frankly it is going to have to be a governor, no one in DC or associated with DC is clean enough to bring the party together. At least where I live in eastern PA.
Trump carrying CONSERVATIVE Upstate NY in a landslide. Trump has humiliated lying Ted Cruz the serial wife abuser all over the country, especially in the South where evangelicals saw right through his phony BS and voted for the REAL OUTSIDER name Trump.
