Look, I’m all in for Trump, but you’ve got to read the stupid Florida law.
For Simple Battery, all that is needed is an unwanted touch and intent. That’s it. Period.
Then how does anyone act as a private bodyguard for anyone if the bodyguard can’t touch them, when obviously they don’t want to be touched?
Is there an exemption for police or SS to push someone back?

I cannot stand people who attempt to sue others for frivolous reasons. They’re rotten people. I’ve unfortunately had some experience with these types too many times to ever think otherwise.

There is a defense of “protecting others”, but I’m pretty sure in a case of two citizens, that’s why there’s ultimately a jury trial.
I’m not saying Trump “should”, but on legal technicality, he “could” swear out a complaint against her.
I’m surprised she’s not carrying a mattress around.

I used to really like Fields when she was on Fox’s, The Cost of Freedom, on Saturday mornings.
She was often paired up with Juan Williams and she consistently cleaned Williams’ clock on every issue. She mopped the floor with poor old clueless Juan.
She obviously is a confused and dishonest person...best of luck Michelle, I think you are going to need lots of it.

My guess is, she either had to continue to press charges, or be charged with filing a false police report — and the threat was made by the supporter of Hitlery behind this bogus prosecution. He should be fired, disbarred, then put on trial for wrongful prosecution and abuse of power.
