If she took the pics to make fun of the guy with her friends, that is pretty nasty. If she took it out of admiration or lustful appreciation, the guy might not mind that much...or he may...so maybe if the guy did not feel much harm was done they should not be too hard on her.

Have you ever been hospitalized? Have you ever been unconscious from pain? I have. The thought that somebody could come in there and violate the patient in that manner is disgusting. She deserves more than having her license yet and should be jailed. You are your most vulnerable when you are sick, dying, hospitalized and at the mercy of those who are supposed to respect you and care for you. I hope you remember that you think that it really isn’t a big deal when your grandmother or your mother or your daughter is hospitalized and somebody goes in there and spreads their legs apart and takes a picture to spread it around the internet and laugh about it. Not really a big deal, eh? I mean, if the pictures were just taken out of admiration or out of lust, right?
