He briefly worked for the Republican National Committee, and most notably, spent almost seven years at the Koch brothers-backed Americans for Prosperity. He was also the executive director of the New England Seafood Producers Association and the director of public affairs at a PR firm. Lewandowski is a New Hampshire Police Academy graduate, guest lecturer, licensed real estate agent and notary.

When Franken violently attacks people at rallies he is hailed as a hero.. no charges filed. Quite a double-standard.
According to the laws in FL every time I am in a crowd at a ballgame or get into a commuter train I am guilty of simple assault. Any time I put my hand forward and it comes in contact with another person as I say ‘Excuse me, Pardon Me!’ I am basically battering people and causing serious injury.

Charges signify nothing more than an over zealous political prosecutor. More than likely a judge will toss the case as it doesn't rise even close to intentional act of assault. An affirmative action of intent is required to prove assault. It is totally missing and her close proximity to a a figure under Secret Service protection precludes her from claiming assault as her intentional touching of Mr. Trump opens her up to any act to prevent her continued touching of the candidate. .
If this happened at a ballgame between two attendees it would never be brought up. It was little more than a person creating a barrier in order to squeeze through and join the person he is supposed to be near, his employer. Ms. Fields was NOT supposed to be in touching distance of Mr. Trump and as a ‘seasoned’ reporter she darn well knows that she was out of line tugging at Mr. Trump's arm trying to impose herself on him after a press conference.
BTW I already voted for Ted Cruz in Ohio and he still came in a distant third. Ka-Suck came in first further tormenting us all and preventing a one on one race between the only viable candidates left.

I fully expect him to claim at first light tomorrow, if not sooner, how the interchange between Trump and the young former beauty pagent contestant who is dying was somehow staged. Cruze is just a disreputable person who should never be given the reins of power here.

Most prosecutors would not have charged Lewandowski or even considered charging Lewandowski. Jupiter, Florida’s prosecutor is a notorious Democrat using Fields to conduct a political prosecution for political purposes.

I watched Cruz on CNN tonight. He is so pathetic and desperate I cannot bear to watch it. Hopefully soon he will be forced to drop out.
