Isn’t haggis if butchered kosher and prepared in a kosher kitchen then isn’t it kosher by default being from both a split hooved animal and that chews a cud

Some organs and cuts of meat are forbidden, even if slaughtered and prepared in a kosher manner.

“Although the Torah permits the meat from properly shechted Kosher animals, it prohibits fats found on the flanks and certain internal organs (e.g., the kidneys and intestines) of domesticated animals (e.g., beef and lamb).”

That and there are no milk products included in the recipe. I have to chuckle at people who have never actually eaten haggis but make jokes about how horrible it is. Same people probably find pork sausages in natural casings (and we know what those used to contain) just delicious.
