Every INFORMED and INTELLIGENT voter in this state (Illinois) knows that the budget mess in this state won't be fixed until the Illinois State Legislature finally moves to amend the Illinois State Constitution and removes the language from it that guarantees full pension payments to government workers by preventing the legislature, governor and local municipalities and townships from reducing their benefits.

Passing and signing legislation into law only to have the Illinois Supreme Court strike it down as un-Constitutional is nothing but window dressing. The politicians in this state are so beholden to the public sector unions that they will do NOTHING to actually "fix" this problem.

It will also make for a target rich environment while the moochers and looters get shot.

Well, whatever issues Chicago deals with, no way they can blame a Republican. Democrats have run Chicago for generations. Same is true of many other cities. When every elected official is a Democrat, we know which political party to blame when problems arise.

Google is your friend:

“Anyone approved to receive cash assistance or SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits will be issued an Illinois Link card. The Illinois Link card is a plastic card that looks and works like a debit card. If you are eligible for cash and SNAP benefits, you will access both with the same card. Only one Illinois Link Card is issued per case.”

Our neighborhood will have a suitable welcome prepared.

Nuff said.

Good luck. I know you commute through some of the more scenic areas of the city. Stay frosty. The day is coming.

Best,

I'm sitting in one of the N.E. corners of Will County a few hundred yards inside the Will/Cook county line so I'll be on the front line.

When you hear the shooting start, rest assured I'll be defending myself, my home and my family with EVERYTHING I have at my disposal.

You might want to use the opening salvo as your "warning" that the urbanites are rioting and to turn your safety off. ;-)

Who cares what the interest rate is if there’s no chance you’ll ever pay it all back?
