Sen. Ted Cruz joined the Sean Hannity Show on Monday night where he covered a lot of ground in an extensive interview. Cruz was asked about the National Enquirer sex scandal allegations and he said only one side has been firing, while continuing to blame the Trump Campaign, though offering no proof. Cruz agreed that families of candidates should be off-limits.
Cruz was asked in the interview if he thinks Donald Trump supporters will unify around him if he takes the nomination at a contested GOP Convention. He didnt immediately say they would but said he believed eventually many would unify with him.

PING
That’s a tough one right there. Very tough. I would have to say he’s right due to the fact I would feel compelled to fight the Dem banner-bearer.
It wouldn’t be a vote I was proud of though. Kind of like Romney. Dang.
And in other news, water is wet....
Forgetit Lyin’ Ted. The Establishment owns you in more than one way.
Ted has no choice other than to be a shill for them.
They now control him.
Look who talks for him. He OWES them and they OWN him.
Snarly.
the good thing about Trump supporters is- we can write. Give me a line and I will write in “Trump”.
I want my money back!
I would not be disappointed if the filthy rich, big mouth SOB from New York were not on the ticket in my neck of the woods. New York “values” and all that.
I will write in Trump.
I think we all know that if it’s a brokered or contested convention, Ted Cruz will not be getting the nomination. Cruz is just a tool to keep Trump under the magic number so that the GOP-E can install Rubio or Ryan or some other amnesty fanatic.
You betcha Lying Ted. The numbers will be in the dozens...
We have the “None of The Above” option on Nevada ballots.
GOPe has no intention of making Cruz the nominee.
If Cruz survives and right now that is a BIG IF, he won’t get my vote.
Did Jim change the policy on Free Republic of kicking people off who refused to vote against Hillary?
Everyday that passes I find it harder and harder to see me being able to vote for this POS.
He is everything I hate about politicians. I know he’s better than Hillary but
Cruz is the very thing I despise about D.C.
Damn..........
This is true, but he has to get the nomination, first.
Exactly.
Cruz is delusional. The GOPe likely has a Cruz silver bullet (proof of a couple of the 5 or 8 affairs that we’ve seen referenced) and will tell him to step aside.
They funded his campaign, his wife works for Goldman Sachs and Ted has his health insurance through that job.
How difficult is it for them to tell Cruz, “Play ball with us or we will expose you, primary, your wife will lose her job, and your life will be over politically”?
Cruz is completely owned by the establishment.
