BREAKING: Political Operative Speaks Out on ‘Cuban Mistress Crisis’

--snip--

OPERATIVE: Yeah, two and the anchor. The anchor here is the absurdity. You know, the Enquirer story. Five women, shoving ‘em in closets and on desks or whatever right in the middle of meetings. That’s kind of, that’s, I just don’t see how you hide or how people miss that kind of stuff. That’s Bill Clinton stuff, you know. Sex crazed. And Glenn Beck does this whole I got raped by Ted Cruz bit this morning and everybody on my staff got raped, tasteless stuff.

GP: Yeah, we blogged about that . . .

OPERATIVE: yeah, I know, and that’s the anchor. And Beck doubled down on the anchor, said something about five women in closets and all that like I said, right? And then he sets the anchor really strong with a headline and it worked cause it was the headline you even went with. He said If this is true I’ll drop Ted Cruz like a hot potato.

GP: Yeah. Uh huh.

OPERATIVE: So there’s the hook, the headline, and then he sets expectations. He lowers the bar sort of so to speak. He says something like “Look, if it turns out Cruz had an affair six years ago and came clean and made up with his wife or whatever, then who am I to judge. People make mistakes.”

GP: Yeah. So how does that work then? What’s, how does that go with the anchor?

OPERATIVE: I think Glenn Beck just told the world the real story. There was an affair six years ago. One affair. It’s over now. And the Enquirer story is so over the top that a single affair six years ago will look like, yeah, whatever. It’s a perfect anchor, hook, and low ball. Perfect. It’s what Jeff Roe, his campaign manager, does.

“These Trump fans have more in common with the left than I realized. It’s becoming more and more apparent every day.”

You are using the moral equivalency argument to support Cruz, which is the standard tactic used by Hillary and Bill Clinton and the immoral Democrats, socialists, and communists. They too falsely portray any opponent of your favorite candidate as favoring another candidate who is your candidate’s opponent, which is another favorite deceptive tactic of the immoral and irrational Democrats.

“Cruz’s mom lived in Canada for 3 years prior to his birth. At the time a person had to live in Canada for 5 years in order to gain citizenship.”

Eleanor lived in Great Britain for a number of years with her prior husband, Wilson, and with a boyfriend who fathered a son in Britain. Allegedly she retained her U.S. citizenship while being a long term resident in London, but we have no documentary evidence to confirm or deny such reports. After departing Great Britain, Eleanor returned to the United States for only a brief time, before moving to Canada. It appears likely she spent only three years in Canada before the birth of her son, Ted Cruz, but that timeline is subject to some potential problems. First and foremost is the Canadian law applicable at the time. Birth in the jurisdiction of Canada qualified a child for Canadian citizenship, but only if one of the parents was already a Canadian citizen or a Canadian Permanent Resident. Given the existence of Ted Cruz’s Canadian birth certificate, it must be presumed to qualify for that birth certificate one of Ted Cruz’s parents had to have already been a Canadian citizen or a Canadian Permanent Resident on the path to Canadian citizenship when Ted Cruz was born in December 1970. Who then was the Canadian citizen and/or the Canadian Permanent Resident in December 1970, Raphael Cruz and/or Eleanor Cruz? Note also, there are one or more reports on the Internet in which a woman claims to have been a Canadian neighbor and acquaintance of the Cruz family in Calgary, Alberta, Canada that accompanied Eleanor to the Canadian Government offices as Eleanor expatriated her U.S. citizenship to qualify for signing up as a Canadian immigrant. Whether or not those stories can be confirmed or denied remains an open question.

There is another angle seldom mentioned. We know for a fact that Ted Cruz acquired naturalized Canadian citizenship before he abandoned his wife and children in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In order to qualify for that naturalized Canadian citizenship, the Canadian authorities would customarily have required his wife to also be completing the same steps towards qualifying for Canadian citizenship that he was required to complete. This would imply Eleanor almost certainly became a Canadian Permanent Resident before or not long after Ted Cruz was born in December 1970. It also appears to imply Eleanor Cruz either completed the steps to become a Canadian citizen, including renunciation of U.S. citizenship, or nearly completed those steps before her return to the United States with her children. If so, her Permanent Canadian Resident status and/or acquisition of Canadian citizenship between 1970 and 1975 may have disqualified Ted Cruz for the acquisition of naturalized U.S. citizenship under the authority of the applicable law in 1970, the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952. These potential problems may be another reason why Ted Cruz is not releasing the other documentary evidence required to confirm his eligibility for naturalized U.S. citizenship.

In any event, the only path to U.S. citizenship was under the authority of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 that has only the power to naturalize an alien born child at birth as a naturalized U.S. citizen. Naturalized U.S. citizens are no natural bon citizens of the U.S., therefore such persons are not eligible to serve as President or Vice President of the United States.

Yes, that is correct. I couldn’t recall the exact circumstances or the timelines

Trump has nothing to do with our current immigration laws or enforcement of them. I believe he does not do anything knowingly illegal but with 10-20 million illegals in the country now, it is probably hard not to hire any in construction even if your company is trying to comply with the law.

He wants to enforce our immigration laws and secure our border. He said that he absolutely supports the second amendment and his tax plan looks pretty good to me. Touchback amnesty is a term I am convinced is made up by people who have never dealt with our legal immigration system. Unless Congress radically changes the laws governing legal immigration, there will be no such thing. I think he is a better choice than any of the globalists such as Cruz, Kasich or Clinton who are currently running. I know that none of them will do anything about the border or immigration, which I think are very important issues.
