The U.S. Coast Guard says it has seized more than 12,800 pounds (6 tons) of cocaine and apprehended four suspected drug smugglers from a self-propelled semisubmersible it busted off the coast of Panama earlier this month.

Just last week the Texas Navy interdicted a narco-sub in the Eastern Pacific off the coast of Texas.

My guess:
Originated off the coast of Mexico (thus “Pacific”), rounded Cape Horn, chugged up the east coast of South America, through the Carribbean, then into the Gulf of Mexico, to Texas..?
Seems far as h@ll, but...that’s the only way I could square that crazy circle.
Pacific + Texas = ?????
