Does your city have a ban on talking on cell phones while driving? It is hard to enforce a texting while driving ban if you don’t have a ban on using a cell phone. All the driver of the car has to say is that they were getting ready to make a phone call. This is the situation where I live.

Well, we have the antithesis of this here in CA. It's the “willful ME/Indian/ Pakistani/etc. “shopper” who thinks of all the “White people” at Costco as targets for his/her shopping cart and who tries not to make eye contact as they attempt to cut the line at the check out counter. I always make a point to loudly announce what they are trying to do so everyone around looks at them! I keep thinking how much better the world would be without these cretins.

What I don’t get: All these liberals are pro Darwin who taught “survival of the Fittest” and evolution. Therefore, if they really believe Darwin, they should fully support stupid people texting their way in front of a bus.
