Effigies of Donald Trump were burned during Easter “burning of Judas” festivities.
It’s clear Trump isn’t exactly particularly popular in Mexico, especially after his infamous comments about illegal immigrant rapists and criminals, as well as his campaign pledge that he’ll make Mexico pay for the border wall.
The artist behind one of the effigies told Sky News, “Since he started his campaign and began talking about immigrants, Mexico, and Mexicans, I said ‘I’ve got to get this guy.'”

That effigy looks more like Ross Perot than Donald Trump.

We will burn that bridge when we get to it. On our side of the border, it will be the rule of law. The other rule is that Trump will keep them guessing.
