Why the F should T be scared? He has nothing to lose, really, even if he loses this race.

Trump is refusing to debate Ted Cruz because he is scared.

I believe he was at 11 of them and handled Ted just fine - careful what you wish for Trump is known for being unpredictable. From the junior Texas senator he has nothing to fear, he might grant Ted's wish.

Trump will destroy him in a debate. Trump understands how to use television Cruz clearly doesn't. We have watched Ted debate and he is not that good, this isn't the harvard debate team or style this is a different animal entirely. Cruz is definitely not the great debater like we were lead to believe.

More he is a sighing condescending weary halting paternalistic style coupled with grating voice is a caricature of a stogy politician.

He got Trump so on the brain he liable to look desperate and say more stupid things. Now you got me hoping for another debate.

What we have learned from watching Ted this week is that he has a room temperature IQ. He was vastly over sold as conservative intellectual. Just another phony lawyer turned politician. Did you see the rodent copulator press conference? What a tool.

As far as policy goes its just click away They are short and concise like a regular person would write its pretty clear what Trumps positions are.

Trump gets better Cruz get worse as this thing goes on

I’m losing interest in the whole thing.

I've noticed this effect on me too for much the same reason. But then, and I've done this twice now, I go and I watch a Trump rally, or read his tweets for myself no media. Trump is still on issue he is talking about Christians being slaughter.

My point is when I listen to the medias take on all this I get what you are feeling and thinking.

When I watch myself I get energized. Does that make any sense?

They are making the Republican party a joke

I respectfully disagree although bring it to attention to every the republicans have been a joke for a while. Do you remember cromnibus. Thats when I stopped calling myself a republican. Not sure what I am now other than a pain in the butt.

The pathological Lying Ted also told Bream and others that Trump sends tweets late at night to his wife, which is of course another absolute lie from the man who can’t open his mouth without lying. Please do a search of Donald Trump’s tweet history of Heidi Cruz’s treat history and find a tweet to her from Donald J. Trump. They don’t exist. Trump has said it before and I agree with him, Cruz has a mental problem. He can’t quit lying.

You have read all his position papers, right?

So funny I just sent somebody the link too -

folks its pretty easy in this day of age to go to the candidates sites and see what they think.

It isn't a mystery - Trumps are clearer and more concise then most so attack him all you want but take the couple of minutes to read his position papers.

Nobody say you gots to agree, but they are substantive - extremely so.

Trumps been flying by the seat of his pants as was clearly evidenced when he began..making things up from his data mining along the way. Now he has “aides” such as Jeff Sessions staff guy, who frame his positions in a coherent way....something which he himself is unable to do with any degree of substance...and generally still rambles on for the most part. He still has great difficulty completing sentences and using word salads......

Interesting is his use of a teleprompter when he spoke to the Israeli group. I suspect it was too sensitive a group to just let him do his standard rambling. I think he will end up having to use a teleprompter as data mining info won't work if he wins this. It's enough for his supporters but it will not be as every word he speaks will be weighed in the balance...

Those weren’t debates- they were the equivalent of food fights with Trump hurling insults and name-calling. If Trump went head-to head with Cruz on the issues- he would be shown up for the incoherent flip-flopper he is.

Oh yes, I left the Republican party after the last presidential election. They have been backstabbing us all for quite some time while demanding our loyalty.

I am watching the Cruz vs. Trump fiasco as an outsider. So I guess I’m a pain in the butt too.

I can’t stand the debate process we go through in America—so dumbed-down.

Yes I saw that and it looked a bit like Robo Trump - Yay!

I guess when he not paying for the mike he has to fit into the alotted time. He did okay seemed to me there was times he wanted to ad lib but he didn't

I know many think he is undisciplined - I don't know - he seems to me a master of applied psychology. Maybe I've drank the cool aide but he is destroying people in this field that he is an amatuer/beginner at. I think he a pretty bright guy and knows how to be who he needs to be at any moment and smart and confident enough to pull it off.

As far a positions go he been saying lots of the same things for a while now 30 years but if he going to have Sessions for a policy brain I'm fine with that.

No, what Cruz said was that Trump sends tweets late at night period. Nothing was said about Trump sending them directly to Heidi. I am not a Cruz fan, however, facts are facts and that is what we must stick to , just the facts and the facts are, Cruz said no such thing...go back and listen, you obviously misheard what Cruz said.

do you know what ‘projection’ is? It is clearly evident that Cruz is an addict of projection.

You maybe right now I really want to see the debate because to your statement- I guess that is one of my points about Trump is he instinctively seems to know his environment and how to act accordingly to control it most of us know how to identify our environment to instinctively fit in (when in Rome).

I suspect in a different environment Trump would act differently and probably prepare differently too. I think he a lot my dynamic then you give him credit.

Most of what Cruz says that passes for great conservative thought you could get out of the last 20 years of the Limbaugh Letter.

The fact that Cruz can't look at trade or anything differently than through the pre information revolution conservative lens is a weakness.

He has not come up with creative new applications of conservatism to deal with some of the uniquely new problems that face modern humanity.

The rote adherence to global trade agreements under the guise of free enterprise needs to be re-examined. Even if not changed the threat of change can make things more fair and push these things toward genuinely free and open markets - I see the Trump approach getting us there. The Cruz TPP globalist view not so much.

Cruz is no Locke or Burke. Trump is uniquely Trump. For someone to come along and hand the establishment its collective butt on a platter, they got a light on it in the attic.

Perhaps we can have a party; however, we will need a better name - no telling what could happen at a butt party caucus - oh dear I just wrote that.

“No, what Cruz said was that Trump sends tweets late at night period. Nothing was said about Trump sending them directly to Heidi”.

I know what I heard. He also said Trump has sent tweets late at night attacking his wife? When was that? Showing a picture of her and his wife side-by-side? How in the hell is that attacking her? Or the tweet saying he was “going to spill the beans”. How is that attacking her? It’s not. Has he accused Heidi Cruz of anything illegal? No. No attack involved. Heidi Cruz is an republican operative, an insider, of the first degree. Public knowledge. Not an attack.

Glibness and Superficial Charm

Manipulative and Conning
They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self
Feels entitled to certain things as “their right.”

Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Shallow Emotions
When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Incapacity for Love

Need for Stimulation
Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy
Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others’ feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet “gets by” by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others’ lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

Contemptuous of those who seek to understand them

Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them

Authoritarian

Secretive

Paranoid

Only rarely in difficulty with the law, but seeks out situations where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired

Conventional appearance

Goal of enslavement of their victim(s)

Exercises despotic control over every aspect of the victim’s life
Has an emotional need to justify their crimes and therefore needs their victim’s affirmation (respect, gratitude and love)

Ultimate goal is the creation of a willing victim

Incapable of real human attachment to another
Unable to feel remorse or guilt

Extreme narcissism and grandiose

May state readily that their goal is to rule the world

***Profile of the Sociopath

Yep some sociopaths have psychopathic traits. Sociopaths tend to be low achievers, their successes are successfully conning others to do for them. Where psychopaths tend to be highly motivated to achieve and are often very successful. There are some who are crossovers of both...it is believed because of both genetics = psychopathic and childhood environment = sociopathic.
