then used by a pac which is also a business financial interest

so none of this is fair use public domain

this is not something you just grab from the internet and modify to tease somebody

so there’s going to be a paper trail... there has to be a paper trail

I sent a tweet to Trump on that very thing Thursday. As much as some folks want to dismiss the picture as being public domain, it isn't.

They either had to purchase the right to use it, or it was stolen.
