Not really. I noticed something to the right of the picture, but couldn't tell what it was. It looked like something knocked over, or out of place, but nothing else looked like a bomb had gone off. It looked like the mess I've seen at many conventions.
I think the biggest reason I wasn't 'very observant', to use your words, is that I have not seen any pictures of the Brussels Bombing. Had I, I am sure I would have made the connection.
