You may just be right. But I do not think it will be Obama that ultimate decides on his own to do it. He is going to have ‘help’ just like he has for the last seven years.

Most of us know it may be a cold day in hell before Hitlary is even close to being served summons to appear. If she does, she will still skate free and clear, its what the Clintons do.
