If Karadzic was responsible for the Srebrenica massacre and for the other murders for which he has already been convicted, he should hang.

I have a tendency to believe nothing the UN says, especially in light of what that “organization” was founded on. Its charter is a clone of the USSR’s constitution from 1936.

You have a dispute over an easement with your neighbor, harsh words escalate to fistfights. He retaliates by shooting your dog the next day. You then retaliate by burning down his barn. It escalates still further - he kills your brother, you kill two of his brothers.
Then, after the two of you are arrested, you get sent to prison for life or put on death row, while your neighbor is not only released scot-free, he gets to run for mayor of the town.
That's how the Serb vs. Bosnian/Kosovar conflict has played out in UN kangaroo courts.
