On Wednesday night the Georgia legislature introduced new language to its religious freedom bill and passed the bill in mere hours. Haste makes waste. This new language significantly waters down a religious freedom bill that had real force even though it was, as we pointed out three weeks ago, already lacking in certain respects.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
And although pro-gay activist states have been blatantly ignoring the 14th Amendment with respect to PC gay rights, it doesnt help when Christians evidently dont know the 14th Amendment.
And he's just getting warmed up. Any lying assurances of the Gaystapo are really just tongue-in-cheek taunting. They will go after churches sooner than later.
