(FULL TITLE) Cruz: “In the wake of Brussels, we don’t need another lecture from President Obama about Islamophobia,” Cruz for police to patrol Muslim neighborhoods
Thank you, Mr. Cruz. Obama lecturing us, yet again, on islamofauxbia is like FDR lecturing America on naziophobia after attacks on various European cities.
Ted Cruz is calling for law enforcement to “patrol and secure” Muslim neighborhoods. Ted Cruz on Tuesday called for law enforcement to step up their policing of Muslim neighborhoods in the U.S. in the wake of terrorist attacks in Brussels, comparing it to police boosting their presence in areas with known gang activity. He should call for the surveillance of mosques as well.
Cruz has been consistent on this issue. I am sorry that Robert Spencer is not on his foreign policy advisory board, but maybe he will finally get there. As for Trump tweeting this out, color me unconvinced.
Terror-tied groups like CAIR are waging their own jihad on Cruz for his rational approach to bloodthirsty devout savages:

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) spoke to the press in the nation’s capital Tuesday morning to address the horrific terror attacks in Brussels. He mourned with the victims’ families, then pinned the blame on failed leadership both at home and abroad.
“Today’s attacks in Brussels underscores this is a war,” Cruz said. “This is not a lone war. ISIS has declared jihad.”
“It is way past time we have a president who will acknowledge this evil and will call it by its name and use the full force and fury to defeat ISIS,” he continued. “Until they are defeated, these attacks will continue. Their target is each and every one of us.”
Cruz, one of five remaining presidential candidates, urged America needs a leader who is not afraid to speak about terrorism in bold terms.
“We need a president who sets aside political correctness,” Cruz insisted. “We don’t need another lecture about Islamophobia.”
More than a change in rhetoric, Cruz noted we need a more robust security process. The Brussels attacks, Cruz said, are “the fruit of a failed immigration policy in Europe.”
He called the president’s plan to allow thousands of Syrian refugees into the States woefully wrong. We need “serious vetting,” he said.
Asked to address his rival Donald Trump’s suggestion on Monday that the U.S. withdraw from NATO, Cruz appeared visibly disgusted.
“Trump is wrong” when he says that we withdraw from NATO and retreat from Europe, Cruz said. “Trump’s proposal to withdraw from NATO is sadly consistent with his statement he intends to be neutral with Israel.”…
You know, some of this is never going to make sense to us.
All Trump has to do at this point is obtain 105 more delegates to block Cruz from getting 1237 of them before the convention.
Another-words, Ted is essentially numerically eliminated from getting 1237, and yet he marches on helping the GOPe.
Just weeks ago he said he didn’t want that.
Ted is damaged goods IMO.

Obviously not his record, he cheered on and donated money to our enemies, admits to being a corrupt crony capitalist, and demanded that we take in Syrian refugees while at the same time demanding that the United States invade Libya!
Knowing all this, let me ask again...

Also, Muslims are willing to live amongst the general US populace. If Ted got his neighborhood patrols, terrorists could easily just scatter a bit into normal neighborhoods.
Totally inexplicable, except that perhaps conservatives have been so beaten down they are now running around in frightened herds, will to throw themselves at the mercy of the first perceived strong man that comes along...aka Donald Trump.
Not always. I saw a story about the Somali neighborhoods in Milwaukee. It seems they are congregating together and the man-on-the-street interviews revealed that they feel they should live under Sharia law, and not our Constitution. These are exactly the type of neighborhoods that should receive the police patrols and surveillance that Cruz is advocating.
Yup copy cat Cruz strikes again! But only after Donald led the way. Ted is a follower not a leader.

You obviously don’t know squat about Pamela Geller. 99.99% of humanity aren’t even worthy to lay in puddles to keep her feet from getting dirty.
The problem isn’t Muslim neighborhoods in the US. The problem is Muslims coming here on visas, exactly what Trump wanted to stop and what Teddy wants to contijust.
Still, it will influence the nomination race. It was a very strong and skillfull turn for Cruz. Patrolling cities to keep Muslim no go zones from proliferating is just the bait to attract some Trump voters.
Not this one however.
Vote Trump.
Actually I've figured it out. Kasich's staying in the race so he an sue Ted at the end of the road. Cruz is stupid enough to think they'll let him be the nominee but he's not really in the club.
But if Kasich stays in the race, he will have standing to sue Cruz. Then the GOP can say "oops", disqualify Ted, and move on to Paul Ryan.
Imagine invading Europe with the ROEs we have today.

The fact that for decades going back to the 1930s, Republicans in elective office have sold out Americans every step of the way with the Democrats.
The Republican Party has held the House for 18 of the last 22 years, and have never defunded a dime of leftist policies, orgs, or departments.
