The same group that turned the U.S. State Department on its side by publishing a trove of diplomatic cables beginning in 2010, has Hillary Clinton in its crosshairs once again.
The secret-spilling organization unveiled Wednesday a new section on its website that allows visitors to search thousands of messages from the private email server Mrs. Clinton used while secretary of state.
While the newly-launched portal does not host any previously unreleased correspondence, its format enables users to quickly scour the 50,547 pages of documents that have already been put out by the State Department all at once for key words and phrases.

WikiLeaks said in a statement that the searchable archives contains 30,322 emails and attachments from Mrs. Clinton’s server dated between June 2010 and August 2014, including 7,570 emails sent by the current Democratic front-runner for president.
The State Department began releasing the contents of Mrs. Clinton’s email server last May after it was revealed that she had used a personal, nongovernmental account for official business. The government published the last of the emails cleared for release in late February.

Former NSA guy John Schindler has been saying since 2013 Wikileaks is a front for Putin/Russia. Maybe Putin does prefer Trump over Hillary thus the searchable database.

Looking for correspondence in the December 1, 2012 - through February 2013 when she left the State Department. This is the time frame of the infamous flu, fall, and two hospital visits including radical brain surgery. (Was Huma also off on sick leave and/or injured?) In the same time frame, there was a crash of a Huron C-12 aircraft, and the death of a navy SEAL who would often work on Hillary’s security detail. The time-frame matches preliminary talks with Iran as a precursor to the disastrous nuke deal as orchestrated by John F’n Kerry. Too many coincidences. I really like this particular conspiracy theory.
And if it is...so what? Putin would be doing us a favor releasing these. I view Putin as the president I havent had for 8 years.

(Protectionism, by any name, should not be dismissed as a targeted tool in an ongoing policy to force China to revalue its currency. The US is not without means here.) The deficit will be high in any case and the Republicans will always attempt to exploit it no matter what its number. Whether another stimulus can pass Congress is another matter. Still, what matters in the short-run—and long-run—are achievable results. To most people, the deficit is an abstraction; employment and housing—and insecurity about both—are their vital, concrete and immediate issues.

H: Did you see this self-damaging NYT piece planted by WH in today’s paper? IMHO, near insane, WH picking open fight with military over Afghan deployment. Out of control campaign mode. Why is this leaked? The only possible effect is ‘ anger and retaliation in all the passive aggressive ways it has perfected from the military. Even in terms of public perception the story only portrays the administration as weak and unable to achieve its goals, including getting the military to follow the president’s will. Also suggests a deeply frustrated WH lashing out. Why raise this implied question: If the military is attempting to subvert the president, for political purposes, inferred in the article, why is the president not acting like Truman in correcting or replacing the commanders rather than having anonymous aides, easily identifiable,
leak a nasty little story that can only backfire? Lucky for now that the Republicans are too incompetent to take advantage. If they were smart they would demand hearings,
bringing McChrystal forward to say that of course he’s doing everything he can to serve his orders, etc. Also, if the Republicans were compos mentis they would demand firing of Geithner for his role as NY Fed president colluding with AIG.
