Back in the 90s and early 00s, Beck was actually funny and an astute political commentator. After the Fox TV run, he appears to have had a nervous breakdown and went completely off the rails. He is starting to remind me of Art Bell.

I used to listen but his Friday shtick of calling people at random and asking questions like “Who invented Disney World?” got worse and worse with him and his two vicious little sidekicks getting more and more nasty. It just revealed to me what a rotten shyt he is underneath that phony veneer.

At least Art Bell is still entertaining.

Back in 2010 when he got the 912 rally going I think it was the beginning of the end. He saw that he could get masses of people organized.... then the following year (I think it was) he did that big rally in DC. After that I think it totally went to his head that people would do what he said. I used to love to listen to his show when captain jug ears was first elected, it was funny and it got me through the early dark days of the Obama/Jarrett regime.... but then the wheels came off and Beck started to act like he was some sort of prophet and now I can’t stand that rodeo clown!
