It sounds terrible but I can usually see "death" in a person who is clearly in their last stage of life. They have that gaunt, vacant and empty look about them and I just know that they are not pulling out of it and while they may still function for a while, it's all downhill from there.
I get that same vibe when I look at Bill Clinton these days.

I get that same vibe when I look at Bill Clinton these days. I agree. I saw my dad die of cancer at 68. A few months prior prior, he had the same "vibe" about him.
The Clintons are hiding something regarding Bill's health.
