the lease contract controls display of flags
the artist has the right to free expression that has no bearing on another’s thoughts on his private theology
That was a very good “self” interview by the African American man (I think he said he was LEO) that attended the rally. I wish Hannity or someone would interview him. I appreciated hearing his take on the whole rally.
ur name fits u ..rat
Donald Trump is once again shrugging off the escalating violence at his rallies...
This is gonna be another fair and balanced election in the press!!! :)
By October..
“The nefarious, evil, puppy/kitten/inner city child killing, super wealthy, narcissistic, mentally ill, sadist, Donald Trump was apparently seen LAUGHING UPROARIOUSLY as SIX HUGH BLUE COLLAR TYPES BEAT A 120 pound 13 year old undocumentedh hard working, America loving child!!”
:)
Back in the day we used to FREEP slick Willie during impeachment. Although a lurker then met many great FRiends doing that.
there is no trouble at these rallies until the terrorists come and start ..
You’re wrong about that. But I get your point.
You just dropped some sweet honey at #30.
There are countless causes of action for private violations of others constitutional rights. Stop.
I heard an interesting conversation the other day on the Sean Hannity show, apparently this summer Soros and his gang are going to be bring out the ‘Occupy’ group and pay them to protest at every Trump rally...and they are also going to protest the RNC convention in Ohio in July...alone with BLM and some people out of Mexico...
Just wondering how that is going to go down? Thinking that maybe some of the ‘occupy’ people were involved in the Chicago rally along with Bill Ailes and Hillary, Soros and the ilk...trying to do anything and everything to keep America from being America and turning it into the middle east...about their speed...
The lease would be unconstitutional as it violates an individuals constitutional right to freedom of expression.
The lawsuit would be denied for the same reason as the flag example above.
In each case it was an individual was infringing on another’s individual right.
Oh my, now the Cruzlims are here.
So — people want to vote for a guy who doesn’t understand how the First Amendment works. Woe to the republic.
Then take that forward to some of the loonier college events and speakers.
It will play to older people who see the self-indulgent and useless nature of many of that age bracket and also to non-college people who are appalled at the wasteful nature of what Bernie is asking them to do in funding college for all.
Examples?
If Trump supporters got together and blocked off roads leading to a Bernie or Shrillary rally, I can only imagine the outcry that would result
Can you imagine the reporting?
