"Why does the establishment keep trying to force Manchurian-Candidate-illegal-aliens on us as POTUS? First, the Kenyan, then they tried the illegal anchor baby Marco, now the Cuban born in Canada smuggled into the country illegally as a child."The freaking Amero? Pan-American Union? I mean, it's what we've got already - you can break a Jackson in Windsor or Tijuana with change coming back in U$.
But more to your point, one of the sub-rosa Bobo birth cert items that keeps coming back to me was an interesting, non-birther speculation by a good FReeper that suggested Bobo's mom was balls out to get to Hawaii to have that baby, but only made it as far as Vancouver; and then smuggled the newborn Bobo into Honolulu, where her well-connected parents took care of the rest (mock BC, etc). Constitutionally a scenario almost identical to SainTed.

Yes, William and Mary. But, if you read Zack's book, you can see that the ship with French passes, that William Kidd took, as a legal prize, was, in fact, transporting King William's property. It speaks of a king who is playing the people of England with double dealing.
But, it was not until George the 1st, that Parliament passed the law stating one must be a natural born citizen to hold office. George the 1st was German and only king because he was not a Catholic.
That gave Parliament the political power to pass laws that were in the best interest of England.

If I were casting a movie, I’d make Cruz a vampire.

and Victoria married a German and so did most of her daughters so the throne of England has quite a lot of German blood...
To: Popman
Well, that would sure disqualify Trump as valid. And, if they win, maybe even set up Trump’s ultimate demise.

"That quote certainly aptly sums up a lot of things about where we are right now, doesn't it? There's another, something about oh how we burned in the camps - I don't know who wrote it - but it startled me." +++++++++++++++ Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn. It always bears repeating: And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward. ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

One of the few things I like about LBJ, was his disdain for having “too many Harvards” in the machine. LBJ was an amoral, destructive cynic, but no fool.

Well, for that matter, I'm a distant relative of Prince William and Prince Harry through the Freeville line. So are a couple of hundred other Americans, though the line died out in England in the 1850's.
We are natural born citizens of the United States and have a commitment to the Constitution of the United States.

there was a discussion when the Constitution was being written to make German the national language of the new United States...

and yes English does not come from one of the “Renaissance” languages...
