The enemy is out there.

I admit I started out thinking Ted was it. Changed my mind as I found out more and watched Ted take the south for granted and ignore border concerns.

Some are so focused on his constitutional knowledge that they are ignoring red flags and warning signs. Mores the shame

LOL.  Cruz is convinced he is "so cool".  It's that same "world domination, that sort of thing."

This twirling bit is right up their with his reading Green Eggs and Ham on the Senate floor.

Such a cool and free thinking GOPe.

I agree. As entertaining as it is to watch milhous destroy his campaign, we should be gracious and save his supporters a seat on the Trump Express.

Perhaps Trump will denounce Renee Ellmers. This was the Congresswoman responsible for scuttling a bill defunding Planned Parenthood.

Why would he have a problem with that?

Ted, it’s not really an endorsement. “Faint praise” it is usually called

You can whine like a baby, but that does not change the fact that Neil Bush joined Cruz’s team. Linda Graham and Romney endorsed Cruz and then there is Glenn Beck, a nut case.

None of that is Trumps fault.

Levin is a complete and utter fraud as well.

Can't listen to him anymore. Left the ping list yesterday.

Mitt said: “The only path that remains to nominate a Republican rather than Mr. Trump is to have an open convention. At this stage, the only way we can reach an open convention is for Senator Cruz to be successful in as many of the remaining nominating elections as possible.”

In other words, Mitt is endorsing the second-place Cruz simply as a vehicle to steal the nomination from the candidate whom the most voters want and hand it to someone who is neither the first NOR the second choice of the voters!

And Cruz is thanking Mitt for THAT???

No wonder the average GOP voter despises the party “leadership”!

I assume the NC “republic” renominated Ellmers Tuesday, as it did Burr.

Well, it’s not really an endorsement at all, but can the American people see that?

When they go to hell, please take Glenn Beck along.

Unless Cruz gets the nomination, then I will vote for him.

I am so sorry Harris it sounds like you are having a little trouble accepting the current situation. The game is basically over at this point. Cruz would have to get nearly 90% of the remaining delegates to win the nomination before the convention. All Trump has to do is get a little more than 50% of the remaining delegates which given current polling in the remaining states is nearly a sure thing.

Cruz’s only hope is that Donald Trump won’t reach the magic number and the establishment will anoint him in a brokered convention. Cruz is going to continue sucking up to anyone who is GOP establishment. I am certain that he has already apologized to Mitch McConnell and promised to be a good boy if he gets the nod. Ted has shown repeatedly through out his life that he is willing to do anything to reach his goals. He is an almost perfect example of blind ambition. Blind ambition and alcoholism are the primary reasons why Ted has so few long term friends. He is a very sad case. The almost certain inevitable outcome is going to be very hard on him and I imagine you too.

Once Trump wins the GOP nomination and the GOP falls in line behind him, will Trump supporters consider him to be tainted by their support?
