“...Hillary Clinton has very little chance of being elected in November, even assuming that she somehow stays on the ballot...”
Clinton could be indicted and the vast majority of dems would *still* crawl over broken glass to cast their ballot for her. Trump and his supporters dismiss her at their peril. And I can darn well guarantee you that trump does not share your sentiment at *all* and is taking her candidacy *very* seriously.
What you do not seem to appreciate, with regard to Hillary--whom Trump would easily defeat in an election, because in rejecting political correct lunacy, he has the key to undermining her support with large elements of what is her base in any other race;--but what you do not appreciate is that with her baggage exploding into the public awareness, there will be a moment--probably already has been a minor effort--when a committee of Bill Clinton's loyalest supporters will call on her and carefully but firmly demand that she face reality, to protect the Clinton legacy, etc..
Forgive the run on sentence, but that is the almost certain reality so far as Hillary is concerned.
