D.C. police are investigating a report that a female student at Sidwell Friends school was raped Monday by a male student on the campus of the elite private institution.
The report says the female student told police she was forced to have sex without giving consent. It was not clear where on campus the incident she reported to police occurred.
A police report indicated the incident occurred Wednesday, but authorities later said it occurred Monday.
The female student and the alleged attacker had a prior sexual relationship, according to the police report. A police spokesman said the female student is in her upper teens.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday evening.

You’ll notice that I cleverly split the infinitive in my question ...
I did notice, but not immediately ;-). That shows how artificial the rule is! You can’t split an infinitive in a language where the verb form is a single word. In English, there’s no “real” reason you shouldn’t: just a rule.
“The female student and the alleged attacker had a prior sexual relationship”
“she was forced to have sex without giving consent”
Well, she obviously gave consent at some point in the relationship.
I guess he could say she was sending mixed messages. Or maybe she lied, as if that doesn’t happen.

$70,000-a-year school Obama sends his daughters hit by drug and sex scandal

This is not the first time Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC has come under fire - it is currently locked in a $10million court battle over an alleged affair the staff psychologist had with the parent of a student.
report in the school newspaper Horizon revealed that 71 per cent of students admitted attending parties where drugs and alcohol were available.
The official study also reported that 25 per cent of senior boys admitted to drinking under the influence of alcohol.
A former student confirmed rumors to the Enquirer, saying: ‘I have seen kids snorting coke, smoking pot, getting high and boozing.
Former student Hugh L. Elsbree was arrested by D.C. police in April for allegedly running a drug lab out of his apartment
‘There’s huge money at the school and the older kids host parties at their private residences.
‘Many of them live in big mansions in Washington, or in affluent suburbs where drugs and booze are common.’
A graduate of the elite school was recently arrested for possession of cocaine and ecstasy with intent to supply, according to published reports.
Hugh L. Elsbree, 31, was arrested by D.C. police in April for running a drug lab out of a luxury apartment complex in the Districts Adams Morgan neighborhood.
When police searched his apartment, where he lives with his fiancee and six-week-old daughter, they found chemicals of an ‘inactive Methamphetamine lab’, including 304 grams of suspected meth and seven grams of cocaine, the documents said.
Last year, a $10million lawsuit was launched against the elite school after a cuckolded husband claimed its staff psychologist James Huntington had an affair with his wife.
Arthur Newmyer accused the school of ‘maliciously’ allowing Huntington, who was treating his five-year-old daughter, to sleep with his wife, Tara.
As well as his job helping troubled children, the lawsuit claims Mr Huntington taught sexual education to sixth-graders in 2009/10 - Malia Obama’s class.
Wonder how the Obama's are managing to afford their lifestyle after paying $120,000/year for both girls on a $400,000/year salary? Oh yeah, now I know. The taxpayers are funding the the Obama's lifestyle. Silly me. I should have realized that.
Isn’t it nice how there are no names of the young man and woman involved? It’s pretty rare these days for the males not to be named when accused of such a thing. It must be nice to have such wealthy well-placed parents.
I wonder if the Obamas get a “POTUS discount” at Sidwell for Sharia and Malaria?
Hah!
Probably MANY sons like...whoever was available at the time. ;-)
Good old Daily Mail. The astute writing never ceases to amaze me. Or is it, never amazes me to be astute?
“The female student and the alleged attacker had a prior sexual relationship...”
Almost certainly a REVENGE ACT for a nasty breakup. Guys have to be careful these days...
