Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Ky.) was critical of budget battles within the GOP saying, Republicans want to emasculate government at every possible turn and want to starve the beast.
Yarmuth made the statements at a press conference Tuesday while discussing the lack of the Republican conferences to produce a budget.
