"I don't care if she have her gun license, her rights or any of that. That is way beyond the law," Johnson's cousin Nautika Harris told CBS Miami. "Way beyond." ... gun grabbers are going ballistic with a new cause ... more information here.
I guess mommy and daddy should have taught little Trevon not to break into people’s houses-especially while their home.
. He had a future ahead of him. Trevon had goals. He was a funny guy, very big on education, loved learning.
He should have been learning not to rob people.

Do stupid things, win stupid prizes. Another Darwin award winner who got trayvoned.
“,,,, very big on education, loved learning.”
Then this was a very exciting day for him. He REALLY learned some huge things!
That moron is stoned out of his gourd in that picture. Want to guess why? Looks like a cropped booking pic.
My wife has been saved from similar thugs by a handgun on two different occasions. On both occasions the gun was not actually pointed at the bad guys, but in each it was displayed before it was too late and they took off.
We belong to a very good gun club. She has training and practice and is confident with a firearm. She is 105 pounds so she is targeted more frequently than a man. She has very good situational awareness. She would not hesitate to pull the trigger if she felt her life was in danger.
No charges, give the lady pay for services rendered in the war on crime.
I wonder if he has FB page.
I wonder if he has a FB page.
From another article I read that was linked in the comments over at Legal Insurrection ...
It seems she was away from home and alerted to the break in from her home security system.
She came home, confrontation, and she shot him as he was fleeing.
Seems he actually was “unarmed”, so she may just have a problem with this.
That’s too bad.
No problem at all. One less ‘gimmedat’ roaming the streets now.
Oh my gosh. Just shut up and get Al Sharpton. He’ll get you your money. That will be 33% for Al, 33% for the Lawyer, and 33% for you, which after taxes comes to about 15% of the settlement.
Guess his rap sheet won’t be getting any longer. He’s retired now. Glad the homeowner survived.
Just saw an old story on a 16-year-old that raped and killed a 23-year-old living in the same apartment complex. They only caught him because of his DNA because he LATER did 2 MORE rapes and got put in prison.
I’m guessing with the bling hanging around his neck in some photos, he wasn’t looking for money for clothes
Sounds like a mother from Philly on the news for the same thing about 10 years ago. “He was only Robbin. You didn’t need to shoot him.”. Why don’t they ask Obama where he gonna get his money for clothes and school.
“I guess mommy and daddy should have taught little Trevon not to break into peoples houses-especially while their home.”
She wasn’t home. She rushed home because of her alarm notifying her of a break in.
The kid’s family seems to think he had a right to break in, but she did not have a right to enter her own home.
Every year at this time as I get ready to write a check to the US Treasury I think about yutes like this one ready to shoot one another the last pair of $200 size 9.5 Air Jordans.
What a great society.
