Yes, there are probably some who would do that; however, for the most part, most vote their party. In Illinois, you have to pick a party ballot. If you are a Democrat and pick a primary ballot, you will lose the opportunity to put in Tammy Duckworth who could actually unseat Kirk, a Republican. At the rally in Chicago, I stood in line for over an hour with a woman for spoke to a woman who worked with Michelle Obama. She is now a Trump supporter.
