...just a I call on Trump supporters to denounce what he just said about "bad things happening" if he does not get his way.
He did not say that bad things would happen if he did not get his way. He said that bad things would happen if the voters did not get their way. Huge difference between what you said, and what Trump said, and, quite frankly, typical of many of the Cruz supporters on this site.
No way on God's green earth do I, as a Trump supporter, denounce what he said. Nor should I. In fact, Cruz supporters, if they were intellectually honest, and cared about this country, would vehemently defend what Trump said. As it was, he wasn't even advocating "bad things". He was merely observing the mood in this country, and extrapolated what the voters, unprompted, and not in any way under Trump's direction, would do.
So rather than Trump supporters denouncing what he said, do Cruz supporters retain any integrity and intellectual honesty, and approve of it, or do Cruz supporters simply pretend that Trump said something different than he did. Hint: there is no way that the founding fathers would have approved of the kind of fraudulent games that the GOPe is considering, and would have considered it something worthy of "bad things".
So what is your answer? Do you think Cruz supporters should support Trump's statement? Bear in mind that you are talking about, essentially, a stolen election, and the public's response.

He did not say that bad things would happen if he did not get his way. He said that bad things would happen if the voters did not get their way. Is there a link to Trump's actual words? The article I read this morning used the word could not would happen. I think that is also important for clarity.

NO I do not believe Cruz supporters defend nor should they, what Trump said, but then you said he didn't say it, so whatever.
It is not a stolen election now, so no need is discussing the what ifs. Civil War is never to be advanced.
Run for office yourself, get elected and make changes. Ted Cruz tried and he is only 1 man out of 100, but he stood bravely alone. Go up there and support such courageous men and women.
