SALT LAKE CITY — The GOP presidential primary debate scheduled for Monday has been canceled, a representative for the Salt Palace Convention Center confirmed Wednesday.
The debate was canceled following Donald Trump’s announcement that he wouldn’t be attending and a subsequent announcement from the campaign strategist for Gov. John Kasich that he wouldn’t attend without Trump.

PS....Trump is not interviewing for the media’s choice to be President, which is all these so called debates seem to be. Media “debates.”

Yes, after winning the first 12 debates, Trump was afraid that unlucky 13 might finally bring him down. :)

Haaa. You must not watch the media. They are adamantly against Trump. They are just being smart. Trump brings in ratings. Higher ratings equals more money. So if they have to play nice with Trump to make the money, they will do so.

I think Fox was in an embarrassing position of looking weak and powerless if the argument dragged on — instead of Trump looking weak and powerless.

Yes, because those “knowledgeable candidates” who spend so much time prepping for debates by memorizing boilerplate policy positions do such a great job running our nation.
It was not originally scheduled, ergo, why Trump had already made other plans. This was added sometime in the last few weeks.
He’s bored because he looks like an idiot against people who are proposing real solutions. He repeats himself over and over with bumper sticker slogans.
