Disagree. At this point its pretty certain Trump is going to have more delegates than anyone else. The big remaining question is can he get over half of them to avoid having a brokered convention. If he had won Ohio, it would have been much more likely.
It increases Cruz’s ability to reach a majority by denying Trump a winner take all state that is Ohio.
