Are you implying that there was no vote for anybody for President and a caucus does not count? That would be news for any state deciding its President by caucus vs primary balloting.
I saw Rubio’s concession speech as rather bitter. He seemed to get a lot of digs in on Trump (without naming him) by talking about the tone of the campaign.

That is not why he lost.
He dissed his own voters by immediately going against his pledge and going all-in for amnesty.
He did himself in in 2013 when he threw in with Chuckie.
If he had adopted Trump’s theme on building that wall and sticking with it, Trump would have never gained any traction whatsoever.

As it is, the way he handled the timing of throwing it in, it appears it was all about him and not what he wanted to accomplish for America.
