Romney Campaigns For Kasich In Ohio
Daily Caller ^ | 3/14/16 | Kerry Picket

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney campaigned with Ohio Gov. John Kasich at two stops in the Buckeye State.

“This is the guy that Ohio needs to vote for. America is counting on you,” Romney said at a town-hall forum in North Canton.

Romney did not officially endorse Kasich, but it is the first time he campaigned for a candidate during the GOP primary. The former Massachusetts governor also recorded robocalls for Kasich, something Florida Sen. Marco Rubio received as well.

Looks like Mitt is campaigning for the Dems too with that PAC ad using the Dem war on women theme on Trump. The dems can save a few bucks borrowing it from Mitt to use in the general election against Trump.

This may not be the “Midas touch” the ex-stablishment Republicans think it is.

Huge crossover vote from blue-collar Democrats who are picking up Republican primary ballots. Nobody seems willing to make an assessment on what that might mean.

But if it is anything like the “Reagan Democrat” phenomenon, the nomination is pretty much clinched for The Donald.

And Kasich has been running around parroting the amnesty love affair with illegal and criminal aliens on cue from the establishment. He cares about as much for the American worker and the Middle Class as the establishment he is now the blue-blood toadie of now that he has been Knighted as “Baron” by Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell.

Mark my words - if Kasich takes delegates away to force a brokered convention, they will push Paul Ryan in a corrupt tactic that will enrage the base. What does Kasich get out of it? Maybe V.P.

But they are delusional. Even if they succeed in a brokered convention and then nominating Paul Ryan with Kasich on the VP side of the ticket, they will lose to Hillary Clinton by a landslide. But a Hillary victory is also good for them. Either or, just stop Trump.

Only Trump can beat Hillary. That is why he is their number one enemy.

John may want to ask little marco how well that plan is working for him, before he decides to take the same path.

Whatever respect I had for Romney I lost a long time ago. Seems that the Republican elite un-holster Romney every time they want to torpedo a non (country) Club candidate.

Romney is, to use an oft used Trump descriptor, a “nasty” guy. He’s more than that. He and his operatives are backstabbing bush-whackers.

FUMR

I live in a democrat stronghold.I had to stand in line this morning to vote in Chauncey Ohio .Unusual for a primary.I personally saw 10 people switch to republican from democrat.3 of them said they were life long democrats but they wanted to make America Great Again. This is an area that lost thousands of jobs due to coal mine and coal power plant closures. They looked to be at least in thier 80s.I live right beside the poling location and the lines to vote havent stopped all day.Extremely high turnout.Go TRUMP ! I distrusTED and Kasich is Mitts BFF.This Low Information Voter voted for Trump!

Can we get him to campaign for Hillary in the general? My guess is we won’t even need to ask as he’ll do it on his own if Trump’s her opponent.
